We have operating system of communication through our extranet (developed especially for this matter) which is the part of our web page (client are/service).
It is the tool of presentation the production through all its stages to the respective crew (director, art dpt., 1st AD etc.), agency and/or client. Photos and movies from casting sessions, location scout, mood boards, music, off-line versions etc are presented on-line. Different production groups/members have different access level to the presented content. We use this communication tool on daily basis with all our clients, local as well as foreign.
We also use video conferencing as common communication tool.
