Crew is experienced and fluent in English so there is no need to get key crew from abroad.
There are around 10 local directors and DOPs who are more or less available for TV commercial business, if not engaged on feature films. All of them are fluent in English too.

All listed fees in our CEs are including all the fringes and benefits. There is no union for film workers in our country.
